Story: After Siksa was sealed in a pocket dimension and Atomic Betty left the team due to her responsibilities to the Galactic Guardians, Captain Spider’s power was severely drained and his costume badly damaged. in order to restore and improve his power, Captain Spider had to use an alien crystal the Justice Force found on one of their missions, known as the Hisiite Crystal. The crystal had powerful properties that not only repaired and changed his costume, but his power was refilled and made stronger as a result. The Power Titans looked for a replacement for Betty, until Captain Spider learned about Ember Mclain and saw a spark of good inside her. he found her in the ghost zone and convinced her to join the Power Titans. The Titans later learn of an alien army known as the Rauth army coming to earth to destroy the Titans, since they see any force that could defeat Siksa as a threat to their race.
